There are so many benefits to fasting. Way more than we can cover here. But here are a few to wet your palette!!

Let’s be real, most of the food items in the grocery store are just chemical sh!t storms. And it’s true, you are what you eat.

Salt is no villain, but not all salt is created equally. In fact, don’t trust any salt that was created in anything except the earth.

Chronic inflammation can be hard to detect, but some tip-offs may include redness, puffiness, skin rashes, swelling in your hands and feet, abdominal distention, fatigue, weight gain, achy joints and muscles, headaches and gastrointestinal issues. You may also be more prone to getting colds and the flu, and when you do get them, they may linger for weeks.

There are several ways to lower inflammation.
1. Eat whole foods and avoid ultra-processed foods
2. Lower stress
3. Exercise
4. Avoid toxins
5. Get good sleep

The last thing we want we want, ladies, is a bunch of forever chemicals all up in our lady bits!!
